Netflix released a report that actor Cho Jung-seok, Claudia Kimand Park Hae-soo have officially been cast to direct the upcoming thriller series. Actor Cho Jung-seok will play the lead role in the upcoming thriller series. He has previously worked on major projects such as ‘Exit’, ‘Don’t Dare To Dream’, ‘Hospital Playlist’, ‘My Daughter is a Zombie’ and ‘My Annoying Brother’ to name a few.Next, Park Hae-sook, known for appearing in ‘Squid Game’, ‘Narco-Saints’ and ‘Karma’, will take on the role of Oh Seung-eop, the first deputy director of the Korea Mint’s Anti-Counterfeiting Division. He will be the lead detective attached to Myung-jo’s trail.Finally, Claudia Kim has been Ko Hye-seok, Myung-jo’s wife and an elite judge who leads a high-class lifestyle; however, it has its own issues to deal with. He has also appeared in shows and movies such as ‘The Dark Tower’, ‘A Normal Family’ and ‘Gyeongseong Creature’.
What is ‘Paper Man’ about?
The TV series is said to revolve around a quiet office husband, Cha Myung-jo, who works for a company that creates stickers of imitation characters. While living in the shadow of his wife, who works for a better company and earns much more than him, an accident changes his life. When he ends up creating a fake banknote by mistake, which can be passed off as real, he gets sucked into the criminal world.
