TMZ recently reported that Pallini filed a complaint against the actor on various grounds. In the report, he mentioned that they had been together for two years; however, they separated in 2024. After the separation, the actress has alleged in the complaint that she was being harassed several times.According to the report, the actor has alleged that he entered his house on June 1. He also mentioned that when he got home, he was sitting in his closet with his dog and smoking. A statement from the report also said Randle was “surprised that (Pallini) was there and thought I was in jail.”The report added that when Dario asked him to leave his premises, he started saying things that did not make sense and started complaining. When she said she was going to call the authorities, he threw a can of vegetables at her head. The report concluded that the authorities should have been called to remove him from the premises.
Dario Pallini says Theresa Randle threatened to kill her
In the same complaint and petition presented by him, Dario revealed that it was not the first time he entered his house. Another similar incident happened on May 18 this year when he found her at home without her permission. They also clarified that he was arrested that night by the authorities as well. After she asked him to leave, he turned part of her medical bed on her, which injured her shoulder.A statement added that Pallini knew because “he started cleaning my house and told me I owed him.” Pallini mentioned that “he is addicted to drugs and needs help” when the petition and complaint were presented to a judge.The official trial date of the case has been set for June 23. So far, he has also served a temporary restraining order against the ‘Malcolm X’ actor.
