If I need five days, he’ll let me take six. So it’s like you get everything with him. And creatively, he is involved in every small process. So it’s just a dream to work with someone like that.’

Ganguly also shared that he has recently wrapped work on a big sequence starring Ranbir and Alia. He said, “We did a piece with Ranbir and Alia. It’s not a song, but it’s a piece. What we did was magical, what he (Sanjay Leela Bhansali) came up with as an idea, what we did, what Ranbir added to the process. I mean, when you see it, you’ll know it.”

‘Love & War’ is one of Bhansali’s most exciting projects as it reunites Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal on screen for the first time under his direction. The film is said to tell the story of a love triangle, with Ranbir and Vicky playing two officers, while Alia’s character is torn between her feelings and her duty. The film is also special for Ranbir as it brings him back to work with Bhansali after almost two decades, having worked with him for the first time in his debut film ‘Saawariya’.
