In her latest Instagram post, Celina Jaitly revealed that she has received two new legal notices, one from Peter Haag and the other from her father Wolfgang Haag. With that, they threatened defamation action against him. Now, Celina addressed each charge; wrote: “In my view, these remarks are an attempt to divert from police complaints, bystander remarks, allegations of violence, documented evidence before the competent authorities and matters before the courts.“He also corrected his public statements, saying, “Talking about my lived experiences and seeking legal remedies is not defamation.”

One of the sharpest parts of Celina’s statement took aim at the Haag family’s selective use of the media in the past. He noted that public attention was not always inappropriate. She wrote: “Over the years, publicity related to our family was actively tolerated, including Peter appearing on magazine covers, interviews and articles about our children and me, until it suited his interests. So it is ironic that when I began my experiences, legal battles, concerns as a mother and my search for justice, I was met with legal warnings.“

Celina Jaitly, in the same post, shared, “Continuous efforts are being made to remove me from my role as the mother of my children. My public appeals arose out of concerns about my children being removed from the marital residence and the possibility of being excluded from the jurisdiction of Austrian and Indian courts without my knowledge or consent.” As a mother seeking joint custody, I believe it is my right and responsibility to raise these concerns.“Celina also described the years of pressure she was under, “I felt pressure, intimidation and attacks on my rights for a long time when I lived in a remote village in Austria, specifically as a woman who lost both parents.”

Celina Jaitly described it as a coordinated effort to gain her disapproval. The actor wrote: “The combined forces of a 50-year-old man and his 75-year-old father (recently in his third marriage) to make legal threats against a woman without resorting to anyone – after mustering the courage to face years of abuse and the forced transfer of pre-marital assets, should speak before the courts of competent jurisdiction.“His message added: “All the evidence has been placed before the competent authorities and honorable courts in all jurisdictions. What worries some people is not that I have spoken, but that I have refused to be silent.’
Celina Jaitly says she has faith in the judicial systems of India and Austria
Concluding her statement in a statement of resolution, Celina wrote: “I will not be silent about my experiences or seek legal remedies available to me. I am fighting with the evidence and I have full faith in the Indian and Austrian judicial systems.”
