The first trailer for ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ will finally be released today.In an unusual promotional strategy, the makers released several two-second clips from the trailer, offering glimpses of some notable moments. The global release strategy followed several teaser releases in sequence, with “the sun rising in different time zones.”

“No one can do it alone, not even Spider-Man,” Holland said in a message to fans, “watching the sun rise around the world and our Spider-Man community helping to launch the trailer.”

‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ test clips released online

The episodes teased action, romance, epic superhero moments, and detailed recreations of some of the comic book scenes that will appear in the movie. A clip teases an intimate moment between Holland’s Peter Parker and Peter Parker Zendaya‘s MJ, while another shows Spider-Man swinging in slow motion as he swoops in to save the day.

Sadie Sink and Jon Bernthalfirst look revealed

A lighter moment sees the superhero getting hit by a van, which serves as the first look at Bernthal’s Punisher, marking the character’s official entrance into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Meanwhile, Sink appears in an action sequence with her character, widely speculated to be Jean Grey, unleashing her powers and causing a massive explosion inside a building.The official unveiling comes a month after the trailer leaked online earlier this year. Initially dismissed as AI-generated by some, the clips were later confirmed to be official trailers after Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios scrambled to remove them from various online portals.A second taped version of the trailer later resurfaced online, leading to speculation that the studio might unveil the trailer during the Super Bowl. ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ opens in theaters on July 31.
