A video on X (formerly Twitter) shared by a fan shows the actor talking to Sunil on a video call.The actor spoke to Sunil, the Shivamogga district president of his fan association. According to an Indian Today report, Sunil is said to be battling rectal cancer and undergoing treatment. Yash’s call was a pleasant surprise for him and his family.While talking to the fan, Yash asked about Sunil’s health and well-being. He also spoke warmly and wished her well as she battles the disease. The ‘KGF’ star also interacted with Sunil’s family members and spent some time understanding his condition.Interestingly, in the report, Yash recalled Sunil’s long association with his fan clubs and his active participation in fan activities over the years. He also assured her of support during the treatment.On the work front, Yash has two large-scale projects. His gangster action drama ‘Toxic’ directed by Geetu Mohandas still remains the most anticipated. The film has been delayed multiple times as fans have been waiting for an outing for Yash since the actor was seen in ‘KGF 2’ which hit the big screen in 2022.

The film was announced to release on March 19, but was pushed back after the makers cited tension in the Middle East as the reason for the delay. It was later announced that he would be fired on June 4, but he went ahead again. As of now, the makers are yet to share the revised date.
Yash in ‘Ramayana’
On the other hand, she will be seen in the mythological epic ‘Ramayana’ directed by Nitesh Tiwari, starring Ranbir Kappor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita. Yash will play the character of Ravana in the movie. The first part is slated for a Diwali 2022 release.
