New Delhi: India captain Harmanpreet Kaur has moved up to seventh in the latest women’s ODI rankings, while her partner Smriti Mandhana Remains at the top. There were some changes in the rankings, with Sophie Devine dropping to ninth place, while Jemima Rodriguez finished in 12th place.
New Zealand players benefited greatly
Many of New Zealand’s players made strong progress after their dominant series against Zimbabwe. Maddie Green impressed with an innings of 94, which saw her jump five places to 17th with a career-best ranking.All-rounder Amelia Kerr also shone, scoring 80 runs and taking five wickets in the final match. She won both Player of the Match and Player of the Series and maintained a strong ranking as a bowler, finishing joint 19th among batsmen.Other players such as Isabel Guise, Rosemary Mayer, and Bree Alling also improved their positions in the batting and bowling lists.
Change in T20 Ranking
In the T20Is, Amelia Kerr continued her impressive form, reaching a career-best 78 against South Africa. Georgia Plummer also moved up the rankings after scoring 63.Among the bowlers, Jess Kerr climbed 11 places thanks to her performance, while Sophie Devine took a big leap after taking four wickets in one match.
