As the actor explained, the proposal was not a sudden decision, it was a surprise carefully planned by the family members. According to Vivek, he coordinated with Priyanka’s family before setting everything in motion. She revealed that she had spoken to her future mother-in-law and brother-in-law and convinced them to send Priyanka to Florence without telling her what awaited her. While Priyanka traveled there, Vivek had already started preparations for the special day. He wanted every detail to feel personal and memorable.
The hotel room was full of surprises
The actor added that several arrangements were made before Priyanka arrived at the hotel. She arranged gifts and carefully selected items for him. The room contained jewelry, clothing, shoes, and a handwritten message that guided her to the next step of the surprise. The note eventually directed Priyanka to a bridge where Vive was waiting.
