‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ was one of the most popular series of recent years. Now, as the final chapter of the series rests, the spin-off ‘The Testaments’ has taken the world by storm. As the Season 1 finale continues to unfold, fans have been wondering who will be returning for Season 2.

‘The Testaments’ Season 2 Cast

Series creator Bruce Miller, speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, talked about the future of the series and whether he will be returning to the show. Elisabeth MossHe who directed ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’, is all set to reprise his role.Chase Infinitias well as Lucy Halliday, Ann DowdMabel Li, Brad Alexander, Mattea Conforti and Rowan Blanchard will return to reprise their roles from the series. Other actors from the first season may return for the second season; however, they have not confirmed it. Among others, Isolde Ardies, Amy Seimetz, Nate Corddry, Charlie Carrick and Kira Guloien.However, there are some regular faces from the show who will not be joining the team in ‘The Testaments’ Season 2. Randal Edwards, who played Dr. Grove, will not return for the second season. His character died in episode 9 of season 1, which makes it very unlikely that he will return anytime soon. Another cast member who will not be joining next season is Kate Hewlett as Mrs. Grove.At the end of the show, Mrs. Grove takes the blame for the murder Becka was accused of after being persuaded by the girls. This leads to an untimely death at the end of episode 10.

In his interview, Miller opened up about the show and what fans can expect from season two. He stated, “We’re very excited and deep into figuring out what to do for season two. The writers’ room has been in the works for a long time. Our young actors are getting younger. And no matter how much money you put into it, they’re not going to get any younger. Time is ticking, and we really want to stay on track to do this show as regularly as possible.” I think our cast is amazing, and I want to make sure we use them as long as they fit the piece.”
