bollywood stars, Ranveer Singh He made his first public appearance in the wee hours of Tuesday morning after the Federation of West Indian Film Workers (FWICE) announced a Non-Directive Cooperation (NCD) against him for walking out of ‘Don 3’.
Ranveer Singh was spotted at the Mumbai airport
The actor was spotted making a solo appearance at the airport in a simple kurta pajama with a Nehru jacket. Ranveer, who kept a low profile, was seen wearing a face mask and sunglasses as he got out of his car and entered the airport surrounded by security personnel.
FWICE boycotts Ranveer Singh
The show came hours after the FWICE issued a directive against the actor, in a statement which said: “Considering the conduct shown to the Federation and stakeholders associated with the project, the officers of the FWICE offices have decided to issue a Non-Cooperation Directive (NCD) against Mr. Ranveer Singh”.

After the announcement, Ranveer responded in an official statement through his spokesperson. The statement read, “Ranveer Singh has the utmost respect for the film fraternity and everyone associated with the Don franchise. During the latest developments surrounding Don 3, he has consciously chosen to remain silent as he believes that professional discussions and personal equations are handled with dignity, maturity and mutual respect.”Assuring that the actor would remain silent on the matter, the statement added, “Though various narratives and speculations have surfaced over time, Ranveer has never felt the need to answer to the public or contribute to conjectures. He remains steadfast in his work and future commitments. He continues to have respect and goodwill for all involved and the success of the franchise continues with integrity. Choosing moderation and grace in such moments has always been a conscious decision on his part, and he will continue to maintain the same attitude.”
About the ‘Don 3’ controversy
The controversy erupted after the complaint filed by Farhan Akhtar and the filmmakers Ritesh Sidhwani With FWICE, alleging losses of Rs 45 crore during the pre-production phase of ‘Don 3’ after Ranveer allegedly walked out of the project at the last moment.“From today we will not work with Ranveer Singh be it the cameraman, the spot boy, the light men or anyone else from our side. This non-cooperation will continue till the dispute is resolved. According to reports, Ranveer also stated in his statement that the issues raised were “contractual” and would require “adjudication before the appropriate legal forum”.
FWICE is open to meet Ranveer Singh
The federation also stated that it remains open to resolving the matter amicably. “FWICE remains open to meeting with Mr. Ranveer Singh to hear his side of the matter and take the matter forward to reach an amicable and final resolution in the interests of both parties,” the statement added.
