HTET 2026 Exam Date: Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani has announced that Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2025 will be conducted on 13th and 14th June 2026. Statewide exam will be conducted on Saturday and Sunday for candidates who want to qualify for government teaching posts in Haryana.Chairman of the board Dr. Pawan Kumar said that the Haryana government has given permission to conduct the examination. Over 2.5 lakh candidates are expected to appear in the test, which will be conducted by a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) agency for the first time. The board has said that the revised examination arrangements have been introduced to improve transparency and strengthen the overall administrative process.HTET exam schedule continuesLevel III PGT exam will be conducted on 13th June 2026 from 3 PM to 5.30 PM as per schedule released by BSEH. Level II TGT Exam will be held on 14 June 2026 from 10 AM to 12.30 PM.Level I PRT Exam is scheduled on 14 June 2026 from 3 PM to 5.30 PM. The board said that the exam information bulletin will be uploaded on the official website soon.
HTET December 2025 notification was earlier released on 24th December 2025. Online applications for the exam were invited from 24 December 2025 to 5 January 2026.Security arrangements have been made for the examination centers.The board has announced additional security arrangements for the examination process. According to Dr Pawan Kumar, QR codes, alphanumeric markings and hidden security features will be used on the question papers to improve monitoring and traceability.Board officials said that if a question paper is leaked from an examination center, the headquarters team will be able to identify its source immediately through the security system. High security cameras and jammers will also be installed at all examination centers.Eligibility criteria for HTET levelsHaryana Teacher Eligibility Test is mandatory for candidates applying for government teaching posts in the state. The examination is conducted at three levels, including Primary Teacher (PRT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT).Candidates applying for Level-I PRT posts must have passed 12th standard with Diploma in Education (D.Ed.). Applicants for Level-II TGT Posts should have Graduation Degree with B.Ed. Eligibility, while Level-III PGT candidates must have Post Graduate Degree with B.Ed. EligibilityThe board has said that there is no age limit for candidates applying for the HTET exam.
