RBI Assistant Result 2026: The Reserve Bank of India has declared the RBI Assistant Result 2026 for the preliminary examination held on 11th, 13th and 30th April. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment exam can now access the result PDF through the official website of RBI and check their eligibility status using their roll numbers.The results released on May 25 include the roll numbers of provisionally shortlisted candidates for the next stage of the recruitment process. Online preliminary examination was conducted for the recruitment of the post of Assistant under the panel year 2025. Candidates who qualify the preliminary exam will now appear in the online mains exam on June 07.Mains exam details announced.The RBI said that the online mains exam will be conducted only for those candidates who have been shortlisted on the basis of their preliminary exam performance. Separate call letters for main examination will be made available on RBI website soon. The call letters will contain details regarding the time and venue of the examination. The central bank also confirmed that information handouts and instructions for candidates who require scribe, compensatory time, or other assistance due to physical limitations will be uploaded on the official portal.The result is the shortlisted roll numbers in PDF.RBI Assistant Result 2026 has been released in PDF format. Candidates are required to download the document and use the search function to find their roll number in the list of shortlisted candidates. Result PDF contains details including roll numbers, category information, marks and eligibility status.Candidates can access the result by visiting the RBI Opportunities Portal, selecting the Result section and opening the link related to the preliminary examination conducted for Assistant Recruitment. After opening the PDF of shortlisted candidates, applicants can find their roll number using Ctrl+F option.Further steps in the recruitment processCandidates who qualify the mains exam will go for the language proficiency test, which is the final stage of the selection process. RBI has also said that individual mark sheets along with category wise and region wise cut off will be released separately on the official website in an interactive format.The bank further clarified that RTI queries related to category-wise cut-off, total shortlisted candidates and exam related data will be considered only after completion of the entire recruitment process and declaration of final results.
