Karuppu’s worldwide gross collection now stands at Rs 236.78 crore.Of this, India’s gross collection is 172.03 million Euros, and foreign territories have contributed 64.75 million Euros.

‘Karuppu’ took a dip on weekdays after the opening weekend. The film collected 12.75 crores nett on day 5, 10.70 crores on day 6 and 8.10 crores on day 7.However, the second weekend brought renewed momentum. Day 9 gave 12.45 crore nett, while on day 10 it reached 14.45 crore nett.The first week total closed with a strong 113.85 crores. The second weekend surge has helped the film cross Rs 148 crore in Indian collections.The film was shown in thousands of screenings during its run. On the 10th day alone, it was shown in 5,091 shows with an overall occupancy of 47.7 percent.
