The Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) will declare the TS Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (POLYCET) 2026 result today on May 23 at 11:30 am. Candidates appearing for Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test will be able to access their rank card through the official website polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in.The results will be announced from SBTET Secretary’s office SV Bhawan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad. The result of TS POLYCET 2026 as well as the result of LPCET 2026 will be released by the Commissioner of Technical Education.
The entrance exam was held in May.
The TS POLYCET 2026 exam was conducted on May 13 in offline mode at designated centers. The duration of the test was two-and-a-half hours, and candidates answered questions on OMR sheets.The examination paper consisted of four subjects, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. The total paper carried 150 marks, and there was no negative marking for wrong answers.Thousands of students appeared for the entrance exam to get admission in diploma courses in engineering, non-engineering and technology streams offered by polytechnic institutions across Telangana.
Rank cards will be released online.
Candidates can download their TS POLYCET 2026 rank cards on the official portal by entering the hall ticket number. The score card will contain the marks of the candidate and the rank obtained in the entrance examination.Steps to Check TS POLYCET 2026 Result

Eligible Counseling Eligible Candidates
Students who qualify the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in the Telangana Polytechnic Admission Counseling process. Admission will be offered to the polytechnics operating in government, aided, unaided polytechnic colleges as well as private engineering colleges in the state.The counseling schedule has not been announced by the board yet. Candidates are advised to check the official website regularly for updates regarding counseling registration, certificate verification, and seat allocation procedure.
Polytechnic admissions are expected to start soon.
