DBT BET Answer Key 2026: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released provisional answer keys, question papers and recorded answers for Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology (GAT-B) and Biotechnology Aptitude Test (BET) 2026. Candidates appearing for the exams can access the documents through the official GAT-B and BET portal and submit objections against the provisional keys within the stipulated time.The computer-based examinations were conducted on 17 May 2026 at 79 examination centers in 54 cities. As per the official notification, 26,662 candidates had registered for the entrance test. NTA has allowed candidates to challenge provisional answer keys by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question.Challenge window and payment deadlineThe Answer Key Challenge facility for both GAT-B and BET 2026 was opened on 23rd May 2026 and will be available till 24th May 2026 till 11:50 PM. Candidates have to complete the payment process through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI methods within the same last date.The NTA said no challenge would be entertained without payment of the prescribed fee. Challenges submitted through any mode other than the official online portal will not be considered.Steps to Challenge Answer KeysCandidates are directed to visit the official website and click on the link “Challenge(s) with Answer Key”. After logging in with application number and password, candidates can view question paper, recorded answers and provisional answer key.To raise objections, candidates need to select the relevant Option IDs, upload supporting documents in a single PDF file of up to 500 KB, and submit claims before payment. The agency has advised the candidates to scrutinize the claims carefully as no modification will be allowed after successful payment.Final evaluation processNTA said that all objections will be examined by subject matter experts. If any challenge is found valid, the answer key will be revised and applied equally to all the candidates before preparation of the final result.
