The State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Telangana has released the official notification of TG POLYCET Counseling 2026 for students seeking admission to Diploma courses across the state. Telangana POLYCET 2026 exam qualified candidates can now check complete counseling schedule, registration dates, certificate verification process, web option entry, seat allotment, and reporting details through the official counseling portal.Students seeking admission in government, aided and private polytechnic colleges of Telangana will be able to participate in the counseling process. As per official schedule online registration process will start from 27th May 2026.Processes involved in counseling include payment of processing fee, slot booking, certificate verification, web option filling, seat allocation, self-declaration, and declaration in allotted institutes. The first phase seats are likely to be announced by June 6, 2026, while the counseling for the final phase will start in mid-June.Students are advised to ensure that they have all the relevant certificates and other required documents before appearing for the verification process. TS POLYCET 2026 Consultation process
The TS POLYCET counseling process will be conducted in several stages. Candidates must first pay the processing fee online using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Internet Banking. After paying the fee, students have to book slots for certificate verification.Candidates should then visit counseling centers with original certificates and photocopies for document verification. Once verification is successfully completed, students can participate in web-based counseling and option entry.During the option entry, candidates will be allowed to select their preferred colleges and diploma courses. Students are advised to choose as many options as possible to improve their chances of getting a seat.After completion of option entry, candidates have to lock their choice before the last date. Seats will then be allotted based on rank, reservation criteria and seat availability.Candidates for allotted seats have to download the allotment letter, pay the fee in full, and report to the allotted institution within the stipulated dates.
