Posting the “last photo” before Saget’s death in January 2022, Stamos recalled them throwing each other epic parties. “We used to throw each other great birthday parties. Today would have been your 70th epic! I miss you and love you,” she captioned it. Other photos included memories of them playing instruments, bowling and smiling in their hearts. The Instagram post also included a video of them singing together. Their cherished friends, family and fans quickly filled the comment section with their hearts and wishes.
Stamos has been quite vocal about his love for the late actor and previously shared the overwhelming feeling of losing her. “As time has gone on, that sharp pain I felt in the beginning… It’s become a part of me. It doesn’t feel as overwhelming as it did the first year. Maybe I’ve just gotten used to it, and I don’t know how I feel about it,” Bob wrote on the second anniversary of Saget’s death. Adding that she misses the late comedian a lot, the ‘Alice in Wonderland’ actress said: “But I’m also grateful for the time we had, the laughs, the friendship. It was sudden, and I was lucky to call him my friend.’
