Kerala Board SSLC Result 2026
The Kerala Board of Public Examinations (KBPE) declared the results of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination 2026 on Friday, May 15, with Cuttnad emerging as the only educational district to record 100 per cent pass percentage, while Tirur recorded the lowest performance among the educational districts at 96.61 per cent.The overall pass percentage for the Kerala SSLC exam this year was 99.07%. Out of 4,14,290 students who appeared in the examination, 4,10,456 qualified for higher education.Students can check their results on official websites, including keralaresults.nic.in, results.kite.kerala.gov.in and results.kerala.gov.in.
Pathanamthita tops the revenue districts.
Among the revenue districts, Pathanamthitta recorded the highest pass percentage at 99.73 per cent, followed by Kottayam at 99.72 per cent and Kannur at 99.67 per cent. Thiruvananthapuram recorded the lowest pass percentage among the districts with 98% income.
Katnad records the best result.
In the educational district category, Katnad achieved the best result with a total of 1,787 students who qualified for higher education. Tirur, in which 16,571 candidates appeared for the exam, recorded a pass ratio of 96.61 percent.Malappuram educational district had the highest number of 28,601 candidates appearing for the exam, while Kuttanad had the lowest number of 1,787 candidates.
Malappuram leads in total A+ scorers.
The data released by the Kerala Education Department also shows that 30,514 students secured A+ grades in all subjects. Malappuram revenue district reported the highest number of students with 5,098 complete A+ grades, followed by Kozhikode with 4,114 and Kollam with 3,357.Kollam recorded the highest share of perfect A+ scorers among income districts at 11.6 per cent, while Kotarkara topped education districts with 17.4 per cent. Troor recorded the lowest A+ share among educational districts at 4.1 percent.
The examination was conducted in 3,056 centres.
A total of 4,14,531 students had registered for the SSLC examination this year, out of which 241 registrations were canceled and 227 students were absent. The exams were held between March 5 and March 30 in 3,056 centers across Kerala, Lakshadweep and the Gulf region.
