Through the publication, he gave viewers a glimpse of the extensive effort, research and prosthetic work that went into the transformation.He wrote, “Bade Sahab!For Dawood Ibrahim’s Dhurandhar, played by Danish Iqbal, we had to construct two starkly contrasting versions of the same man. In his prime, he is a majestic, commanding and powerful presence. Instead, we see a frail, worn-out version of this monstrous figure that was slowly poisoned.To achieve this, we leaned into a hyper-real makeover: extensive silicone prosthetic work, skimpy wigs, skin darkening and layered texture, wrinkles, eye bags, eyebrow removal, and detailed skin and body texturing and coloring work.Danish Iqbal brings these two versions together with incredible control, making the transition feel seamless and alive.
