Haryana Board Class 10 Result 2026 Announced: With a pass percentage of 89.60%, girls outperformed boys.Board of School Education Haryana has announced the result of Secondary (Academic/Open School) Annual Examination 2026. Board Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar announced the results during a press conference held in Bhiwani on Thursday.Students can check their results on the official website of the board, Official website of BSEHand on DigiLocker Results Portal from Thursday afternoon.The pass percentage of regular students is 89.60%.According to the board, the overall pass percentage of regular candidates was 89.60 percent, while the pass percentage of self-study (private) candidates was 70.02 percent.A total of 2,76,640 regular students appeared in the examination out of which 2,47,860 students passed. Meanwhile, 6,201 students were placed in the essential repetition (ER) category and will have to re-appear in the examination.Girls outperform boys by 3.95 percentage points.Girls outperform boys in Haryana Board Class 10 exams once again. Out of 1,33,530 girls, 1,22,367 passed, making the pass percentage 91.64%.Among boys, 1,25,493 out of 1,43,110 candidates cleared the exam, resulting in a pass percentage of 87.69%.The percentage difference between girls and boys was 3.95 percentage points in favor of girls.The performance of private schools is better than government schools.Board data shows that private schools recorded 92.45 percent pass, significantly higher than government schools, which recorded 87.23 percent.Rural students also performed better than urban students. The pass ratio in rural areas was 90.25 percent, while the ratio of urban students was 87.94 percent.Charkhi Dadri tops the district wise performance.Among the districts, Charkhi Dadri topped the pass percentage, followed by Jund second and Mahendragarh third. Noah finished at the bottom of the district rankings.Open school results were also announced.The board also announced the results of Secondary Open School Annual Examination 2026 for fresh, re-attendance, additional subject and improvement categories.5,772 candidates appeared in the open school fresher category out of which only 645 passed, giving a success ratio of 11.17%.A pass ratio of 47.64 percent was recorded in the open school re-attendance category. A total of 3,957 students appeared in this category out of which 1,885 students cleared the exam.Self-study candidates record 70.02% result.In the self-study category, 4,556 candidates appeared for the examination and 3,190 students passed, resulting in a pass percentage of 70.02%.Students can access their results using their roll number or by entering details like name, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth on the official portal.Deepika topped the Haryana Board Class 10 exam.A total of 16 students secured positions in the top three merit ranks across the state.Deepika of Adarsh Senior Secondary School, Meeran secured the first position with 499 marks.4 students secured second position with 498 marks while 11 students secured third position with 497 marks.Declaration of DL Ed re-examination resultsThe board also announced the results of D.El.Ed exams to be held in February/March 2026.The pass percentage for D.El.Ed 2023-25 1st year (repeat) was 62.50%, while the result for 2nd year (repeat) was 81.76%. For D.El.Ed 2024-26 first year (re-appear), the pass percentage was recorded at 65.13%.Applications for re-examination and re-evaluation are open.The board said that students desirous of re-examination or re-examination of the answer sheets can apply online within 20 days of the declaration of results by paying the prescribed fee.
