Taking to his social media recently, Snyder shared a photo from the set of ‘Wonder Woman 1854’, directly referencing a story that never made the final cut, yet was still considered in the creation process.The photo, posted in black and white, showed a pair of men wearing what appeared to be combat gear. The photo apparently showed everyone from different cultures standing together. In the caption, he explained how he took the photo and that it was from the set of the movie ‘Wonder Woman’.His caption read: “Shot this on my Leica Monochrom while filming Wonder Woman Crimea; an original story unfolding through the lens. And these were her soldiers.” Many fans commented on how the photo related to an unexplored storyline.Snyder posted another similar photo in 2021 on another of his accounts. In the photo, Gal GadotWonder Woman, aka Diana, was seen standing in the middle of a desert. He was surrounded by various warriors of different faiths and backgrounds, including an American warrior, a Japanese soldier, and a turbaned Sikh warrior who also appeared in the director’s final picture.
