In a chat with Siddharth Kannan, Amit Behl didn’t shy away from admitting how common it has been for leading stars to edit out supporting actors’ scenes, or even tone down their voices, simply out of insecurity. “It feels bad,” he said bluntly.But among these difficult memories, Amit singled out ‘Lakshya’ as a shining exception. He revealed, “When I did Lakshya, Farhan (Akhtar) kept every single shot that he told me. There is an iconic scene in the film where I punish Hrithik Roshan and enroll him in an obstacle course. Hrithik told me, ‘Sir, if necessary, throw me out. I’m wearing a body kit so don’t worry. Please fire me if you feel it is necessary because this scene is very important to the film.We took three for that shot, and Hrithik was covered in mud, but he still gave me that space.”
