HPBOSE Matric Result 2026 Toppers List: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE), Dharamshala has officially declared the Class 10th Annual Examination Results 2026 today. The overall pass percentage this year has been recorded at 83.87%, marking a significant improvement over previous years. According to HPBOSE Chairman Dr. Rajesh Sharma, a total of 93,694 students appeared in the matriculation examination held across the state. The board announced the results during a press conference held at the Education Board Campus, Dharamsala.The board also released detailed category-wise performance statistics along with the declaration of results. Out of 93,661 total registered candidates, 78,150 students qualified for optional improvement qualification. A total of 48,097 male students and 45,079 female students appeared in the examination. Among them, 39,701 boys and 38,449 girls were declared successful. Dr. Rajesh Sharma added that the board is planning to strengthen anti-cheating measures during future examinations. From the next examination cycle, both audio and visual recordings are expected to be implemented in examination centers to effectively prevent unfair practices.Along with the declaration of results, HPBOSE also released the provisional merit list of class 10 toppers for 2026. This year, students from Kangra, Ona, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, and Mandi districts dominated the top ranks. The girls once again performed brilliantly by securing prominent positions in the merit list.AVM Senior Secondary School, Pahra, Kangra, emerged as the center of celebration as student Anmol bagged the first rank in Himachal Pradesh with 699 marks out of 700, securing an exceptional 99.86%. His brilliant performance made him the state topper in HPBOSE class 10 exam 2026.The second rank was bagged jointly by three students who secured 698 marks, which was 99.71%. Among them is Abhino Mehta from Government Senior Secondary School, Rapoh Masran, Ona. Purnima Sharma from Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Bilaspur; and Rohani from Dhiman Government Senior Secondary School, Rapoh Masran, Ona.The third rank was jointly bagged by Ashvika Sharma of Neelam Public Senior Secondary School, Bahru (Bazri), Hamirpur and Alisha Thakur of Oxford School, Kotli, Mandi. Both the students secured 697 marks in the exam securing 99.57%.

Students can now access their provisional scorecards online through the official HPBOSE website and other recognized result hosting platforms. The online mark sheet will include subject wise marks, total score, division and qualifying status. However, students should note that the digital mark sheet is provisional in nature, while the original certificate and mark sheet will be distributed by the respective schools later.
