Earlier this month, Vijay was asked to appear before the CBI team on March 10, 2026. However, the actor reportedly asked for more time before going for the questioning.According to reports, Vijay had initially requested 15 days to appear before the probe team and the request was not accepted by the agency. Later, the research team decided to grant a shorter extension.
