The apartment is located in Tower B of Runwal Elegante, a luxury residential project in Lokhandwala Complex near Infiniti Mall.The documents reveal that the apartment has a carpet area of 1,369 square meters and has two designated parking spaces. The buyers also allegedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 39 lakh. Over the years, Andheri West has remained one of the most sought-after residential areas in Mumbai, especially among actors, filmmakers, entrepreneurs and entertainment industry professionals.Interestingly, this is not Arbaaz Khan’s only recent real estate transaction. The deal also includes two parking spaces.The Jogeshwari property transaction was registered on February 17, 2026.
