According to a Mid-Day report, the production team of ‘Ramayana’ has created an elaborate set that reflects the grandeur of the Mithila kingdom. The facility features huge palace courtyards, royal balconies and traditional floor patterns decorated with flowers. Hundreds of junior artists have come together to bring the royal gathering to life, making it one of the biggest sequences filmed for the project to date.
The key moment being filmed is Ravana’s dramatic attempt to lift Shiv Dhanush, a sequence that is one of the major turning points of the Ramayana. The report said, “The current part focuses on the dramatic tension of Ravana arriving at the swayamvar meeting and raising the bow. Yash has a major entry in the sequence. The moment Ravana enters the court, the energy of the crowd changes. A lot of effort has gone into creating that aura visually.”
Sai Pallavi to join the movie soon
While Yash has been at the center of this week’s shoot, actress Sai Pallavi, who plays Sita in the film, is expected to join the shoot in the next phase.
