When I responded, the situation did not improve. My mother (Nisha Arora) stepped in to calmly address the issue and remove the items, but instead of resolving it, the delivery agent continued to be disrespectful,” said Riva.In addition, his sister complained that the situation had escalated, Muskan Erahe ran into the shipping agent in the elevator as he was leaving the building.“When my sister met me in the elevator, on her way out, she continued to use inappropriate language despite being asked to stop. There should also be stronger accountability systems, quick response mechanisms, proper handling of complaints and consequences for misconduct,” he said.Riva also mentioned that the building’s security staff provided support during the incident and helped ensure the safety of her family. Clarifying that his intention was not aimed at any profession, the actor concludes: “It’s about accountability and mutual respect. It’s important not to normalize or ignore disrespectful behavior, even if it seems small. It’s necessary to speak up, not only for yourself, but to prevent such incidents from happening to others.”
