Veteran film producer RB Choudary, best known for his production house Super Good Films, sadly passed away on 5th May 2026 after a fatal road accident in Rajasthan. This tragic incident has shocked everyone in the Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam film industries. He was traveling after attending a family wedding when the accident happened, turning a normal trip into a tragic tragedy.
How RB Choudary’s car accident happened
According to One India, RB Choudary attended a close relative’s wedding in Rajasthan’s Lilamba village. After the ceremony, she was returning in a car along with her son-in-law and driver Gautam. Around 3:00 pm, while the car was driving on the national highway towards Joontha village in Beawar region, a herd of cows suddenly appeared on the road. The driver tried to avoid the collision with those cows by making a sudden turn in his car, but he collided with the fence next to the road.
Impact of RB Choudary’s car accident
The damage caused by this accident was extensive, and the entire front part of the car was damaged. RB Choudary sustained major injuries and died on the spot due to the severity of the impact. Her son-in-law and driver, Gautam, were seriously injured in the accident. They were immediately rescued and taken to Jodhpur hospital for urgent treatment. The police team from the local station reached the spot and sent his body for post-mortem examination.

His mortal remains will be taken to Chennai on May 6, where the last rites will be performed with full respect of the film industry.
