‘PK’ runs for 153 minutes and stars Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput and Boman Irani. Khan plays the lead role. This is one of his most daring performances, because he builds character through body language, timing and innocence rather than conventional drama. As an alien trying to understand human behavior, PK makes it funny, weird, and unexpectedly touching. Khan uses his voice, attitude and expressions to create a character that is completely original. The show could easily have turned into a gimmick, but it keeps it human and impactful. It is this balance between satire and sentiment that makes his work in the film so memorable.
