Seyfried is known for her down-to-earth attitude and her abodes. The star owns a farm in the Catskills where she takes care of all kinds of animals, including her favorite, her donkey, Gus. While speaking to Vogue at the event, the star explained how she and her donkey spend time together before the event and how it was one of the best things she could do to prepare the night before.Speaking of Gus, “He’s great. He’s the best thing. I was rubbing his ears this morning to get ready.” Addressing the balance between her farm life and the Met Gala, the actress added, “It’s nice to come to the huge Met Ball…I walked to the clovers and pet the goats and the horses. But that’s where I started the day. It’s so balanced.”
