Salman Khan On Sunday, he mourned the loss of his dear friend, Sushil Kumar, in an emotional message. Taking to her social media handle, the actress who rarely posts tributes took to her handle to share photos and a deeply personal tribute.

Recalling their friendship spanning four decades, Khan wrote, “This guy has been a brother for 42 years, the nicest, the nicest, the most helpful, always smiling, dancing and stress-free even in the worst of situations. In fact, physical emotional economic he used to say ki farak nai Painda sab theek hoga.”

The actor paid tribute to Kumar’s resilience and spirit, adding, “His name is Sushil Kumar or at least his name was until 5 minutes ago, bye brother he lived like a man, a fearsome heavyweight champion who faced death.”Instead of grieving in grief, Khan chose to celebrate his friend’s life: “There are no tears for a brother only memories and laughter.” He further stated that Kumar died peacefully, “My pra died with a smile, Oops brother.”Reflecting on life and loss, Khan wrote, “Koi pehle koi baad mein all going to go don’t know when n how toh kuch kar ke jao (Some go sooner, some later but everyone has to go sometime. We don’t know when or how, so do something meaningful before you go).”He ended the tribute by saying, “now enjoy your cigarettes and whiskey cheer bro, I think I’m going to miss you for a while.”

On the work front, Salman Khan will tentatively be seen in a project titled #SVC63 starring Nayanthara and directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The film will hit theaters on Eid 2027.Meanwhile, Salman is also gearing up for ‘Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace’, which also stars Chitrangada Singh. The film which was initially titled as ‘Battle of Galwan’ is still awaiting a release date.
