The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) will declare the Class 12 exam results on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 10 am, according to an official public notice issued to students across the state. The announcement ended the long wait of thousands of students who appeared for the February-March 2026 board exams.The results will be released for various streams, including Class 12 Science, General Stream, Vocational Stream, Higher Secondary UB Stream, Gadget 2026, and Sanskrit Madhima exams. The declaration of results is especially important for science stream students, as it comes with GUJCET 2026 results, which play a key role in admissions to engineering and professional courses across Gujarat. Students will be able to check their results online through the official website, www.gseb.orgBy entering their seat number. Apart from the website, the board has also introduced a WhatsApp-based facility, through which students can directly get their results by sending their seat number to +91 63573 00971.Students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject and maintain 33% in aggregate to pass. There is no change in the criteria for both SSC and HSC levels.The SSC pass percentage in 2025 stood at 83.08%. HSC Science recorded 83.51 per cent, while HSC General performed strongly with 93.7 per cent, reflecting consistent academic trends across the state.
