According to the Hollywood Reporter, the Missouri State Highway Patrol cited that law enforcement officials in Carroll County, Missouri were called to a report of a shooting at a home on West 14th Street on April 22 at approximately 10:25 p.m. A Carroll County Sheriff’s Office deputy reported finding a 75-year-old gay woman deceased. Wilson.“A witness at the scene identified a male suspect, who was also still at the scene. The male suspect was taken into custody without incident,” the report states.Dakota Sweeney, 28, was later identified as the suspect and booked into the Caldwell County Jail on charges of first degree murder and armed criminal action. Additionally, according to People , the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s probable cause statement revealed that Sweeny and a male witness were inside the home when officers arrived. The female victim and male witness were identified as Sweeney’s grandparents.The report mentioned that Sweeney’s grandfather “saw him sitting on a couch next to Victim 1 for approximately 30 minutes and without warning shot Victim 1 in the head.” He reported that his grandfather had witnessed a disagreement between Sweeney and his grandmother earlier in the evening over homework assignments. Investigators later found a “wallet” on Sweeney.The news comes amid a reality TV scandal involving the Summer House star. Rumors that West is dating his co-star Amanda Batula have been swirling, with both parties denying the claims.
