Veteran Bollywood actor Nana Patekarwho turns 76 this year, has set the internet on fire after a video of him effortlessly doing tricep jumps went viral. Photographer and producer Atul Kasbekar posted the clip Instagramwhere he quickly captured the attention of fans and fitness enthusiasts who couldn’t believe the actor’s strength and agility at his age.

In the short Instagram Reel posted by Atul Kasbekar, Nana Patekar is seen wearing shorts, a white vest and a gamcha around her neck, her signature style. He does triceps on the bars with ease and smiles when he’s done. Kasbekar revealed that the actor completed a total of 15 repetitions despite the camera starting late.The post was captioned, “A-Ho Nana Sahebbb…!!!You reset my fitness goals!!! That’s #NanaPatekar ji. He is 76 years old. That’s doing tricep dips in bars. He did 15 (I started recording late).”He ended by calling Nana “What. A. Legend.”

Uday Shettywhile another said, “Uday bhai still looking fit.”One user claimed that Nana’s fit was the result of a strictly vegetarian diet, a theory Kasbekar was quick to debunk. “I hate to break it to you; he’s not a vegetarian. I had lunch at his house,” the photographer replied. Another comment added that Nana “loves to cook and eat fish.” Actor-model Muzammil Ibrahim also joined in, asking Kasbekar to pay his respects and stating that he asked Nana to join him on Instagram.
