A prominent detail was a large blue chandelier in the living room. It added dramatic visual impact. The piece echoed the opulence seen in ‘Om Shanti Om’. The interiors followed a vintage theme. They looked a little worn and textured. The walls and ceilings were deliberately left unpainted. Farah points out that this unfinished style is on trend. It gives character and depth to modern homes.
The burning door caught Farah Khan’s attention
As the tour continued, attention shifted to the main entrance. The door was noted for its unusual finish. Aparshakti explained the idea behind it: “This wooden door was burnt after it was painted, the fire gave it aesthetics.” Moving further inside, the couple revealed a hallway lined with framed childhood photos. The vlog also featured their makeup room. A multipurpose space was also shown. Aparshakti uses it for reading, training and preparation.
Farah Khan remembers their first meeting
During the visit, Farah Khan shared a memory of her first interaction with Aparshakti. He talked about meeting her before starting her film career. She said, “I went to promote Om Shanti with Om Deepika Padukone on the radio, that’s when I met him for the first time. When he was about to come to films, I thought how would an RJ dare to act, but he has done very well.’The vlog ended on a warm note. Farah, Aparshakti and Aakriti sat together for a meal.
