‘Men in Black’ actress Tessa Thompson and Adrien Brody recently made their theatrical debut in the latest Broadway show. During her debut, Thompson spoke on stage about what it was like to work alongside the brutalist actor, and the actor had nothing but good things to say about his co-star.

Tessa Thompson talks about Adrien Brody in his Broadway debutEarlier this month, Thompson and Brody opened their play ‘The Fear of 13’ at the James Earl Jones Theater in New York. In her debut, PEOPLE reported, Thompson talked about what a great person and actor her star Adrien Brody was.When asked how the overall experience of working with the actor was, he shared, “It’s great. i love it He is wonderful in this play. He’s a terrific actor; he is very kind.” He also added that while working with him, he felt that he had known him as a person for a long time. He added: “I feel like I’ve known him, maybe you rehearse so much and you get so close, but at this point I feel like I’ve known him for a long time. But I think it’s just the beginning for us, and I’m grateful for that.”The play’s writer, Lindsey Ferrentino, also explained how much she wanted Brody to be a part of her play. While he shared that he encouraged the “Splice” actor’s performance, he added that he “can’t say enough good things about what it’s like to work.” [Brody] and write for him.’

The actors both made their Broadway debuts in ‘The Fear of 13’, a stage play written by Lindsey Ferrentino. He is known for ‘The Queen of Versailles’, ‘This Flat Earth’ and ‘Ugly Lies the Bone’.The play is based on a documentary about Nick Yarris, a man who was incarcerated on death row for 22 years due to inadequate conditions. The Broadway play explores his life and how he ended up incarcerated, waiting on death row, and growing as a person during more than 20 years behind bars.
