MSBSHSE HSC Result 2026 Date: Amid employee protests and speculation about possible delays, Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education officials have indicated that the MSBSHSE HSC result is expected within this week. The clarification comes after unease among students after reports suggested that the ongoing rift between board employees and officials could affect the schedule of the declaration.In response to a letter sent by a student, Shlok SinghWhen TOI Education sought clarification on the impact of the protests, a senior board official, on condition of anonymity, said there would be no disruption in the results process. “There will be no delay in the declaration of results. The board is preparing to declare the result within this week,” the official said, adding that the work related to compilation and publication was progressing as per schedule.Fears of protests prompt questions over the results timeline.Questions about the possible postponement surfaced after news of protests by board employees drew attention, with some local Marathi television channels suggesting the protests could push back the HSC results. However, the board official said that the protest did not affect the preparations related to the declaration of results.The development has attracted attention as students are awaiting their Class 12 results after the HSC exams were held from February 10 to March 11, 2026, while the practical, viva and internal assessments were held from January 23 to February 9, 2026.Last year, the Maharashtra Board declared the HSC results on May 5, 2025, recording an overall pass percentage of 91.88 percent. The pass rate for girls was 94.58 percent while that of boys was recorded at 89.51 percent. In 2024, the HSC pass percentage stood at 93.37%, the results of which were declared on 21 May 2024.Result upload and access to DigiLocker en routeOfficials have also indicated that the result data is in the final stages of uploading and verification. On DigiLocker, the Class 12 board exam notification currently shows “Coming Soon”, adding to the indication that the release is imminent.The board has said that the results will be made available on mahahsscboard.in and DigiLocker. Students will be able to access the digital mark sheets by logging in with their Aadhaar-linked mobile number, selecting Maharashtra Board, and entering the exam seat number along with their mother’s name on the hall ticket.How Students Can Check ResultsCandidates can access the result through the official MSBSHSE portal using their seat number and other credentials. After declaration, digital scorecards will also be available on DigiLocker under “Issues” or “Education” section.
