Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education has officially released the UK Board Class 10th Result (High School) and Class 12th Result 2026 on the official website ubse.uk.gov.in. This year, the overall pass percentage stood at an impressive 92.10 percent, showing a steady improvement over the previous year. Out of 1,12,266 registered students, 1,08,983 appeared in the examination and 1,00,373 passed. According to the official data, Akshit Gopal has secured the first position by securing 98.20%. Ishant Kothari and Bhumika have secured second rank in 10th class results 2026. Yogesh Joshi bagged the third position with 97.80% (489/500 marks), further highlighting the competitive merit list this year.

The pass percentage increases year by year.

The overall pass percentage for 2026 is 92.10 percent, showing an increase of 1.33 percentage points over 2025. This improvement highlights the trend of continuous increase in educational performance across Uttarakhand.

Girls excel over boys.

Girls outperformed boys in the exam once again. The pass percentage for girls reached 96.07%, while boys recorded 88.03%, indicating a significant performance gap in favor of female students.

Institutional candidates perform better.

The results also illustrate differences across categories. Institutional candidates scored 92.47%, while individual candidates stood at 65.05%, indicating the advantage of a structured learning environment.

Merit list and division wise results

A total of 7,935 students (7.28%) secured honors by scoring more than 75%. By distribution:

  • 30,734 students (28.20%) passed in the first division.
  • 46,708 students (42.86%) secured second division.
  • 14,986 students (13.75%) passed in the third division.

Additionally, 207 students are in the state merit list (top 25%), reflecting high academic excellence.

District performance and additional insights

At the district level, Bageshwar recorded the highest pass percentage at 96.98 percent, emerging as the top performing region in 2026.The board also shared the improvement exam data, noting that in the second improvement exam of 2024, 382 students had registered, with a pass percentage of 68.67 percent.
