The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued a public notice asking all medical colleges not to grant leave to students on May 2 and May 3.In a notice dated April 23, the NMC shared a letter. National Testing Agency (NTA), which is conducting NEET UG 2026 across the country. In the letter, the commission directed all medical colleges and institutes to be vigilant and sensitize students against indulging in activities that could affect the sanctity of the examination. NEET UG is scheduled to be held on 3 May 2026. NEET UG 2026 Exam Date and Time
NEET UG 2026 will be held on May 3 (Sunday) in a single shift from 2 PM to 5 PM. According to the official notification, the exam will be conducted in offline mode using pen and paper. While the city intimation slip only specifies the allotted exam city, the admit card, which will be released soon, will contain complete details including the exam center and other important instructions required by the candidates to appear in the test.
