In the latest update on her ongoing lawsuit with Justin Baldoni, actress Blake Lively has asked a jury to hear allegations that the “It Ends With Us” director made comments about her weight. Although Justin has argued that the accusations are “irrelevant” and could prejudice a jury, the actor said the statements are relevant to his case.

According to a report on TMZ, Lively, in her lawsuit, claims that Baldoni contacted her personal trainer to allegedly ask about her weight, due to back concerns, before filming a scene that required her to lift. Lively has opposed the move, arguing that her claims about her weight-related comments should be heard because she was retaliated against because it “provides the necessary context to evaluate them.”Baldoni, however, says that his communication with Lively’s coach had nothing to do with the allegations that his team was involved in a smear campaign.The judge has not yet decided whether the evidence will be admitted at trial.
Blake Lively ‘spoiled’ amid lawsuit
Meanwhile, the Daily Mail reports that Lively’s chances in Hollywood are said to be “ruined” by her ongoing lawsuit. The report quotes an alleged Disney Studios executive as saying, “The truth is he was never that popular. He had a reputation for being difficult, one of those toxic people who always think they know best.”The report added that Lively’s bankability as an actress has also declined. “The general view now is that he’s made his bed and can lie in it. I don’t think people in Hollywood are shedding any tears,” the report stated.Lively and Baldoni have until May 18 to reach a settlement or take their fight to court.
