Southern superstar Allu Arjun has made his move to Mumbai official, and in true style. The ‘Pushpa’ actress has rented a spacious five-bedroom sea-facing apartment in Juhu, paying Rs 16 lakh per month on a three-year lease as she prepares to divide her time between Hyderabad and Mumbai.

Located at Juhu Tara Road junction, the high-rise apartment ticked all the boxes on Allu Arjun’s checklist, starting with an unobstructed sea view, which was said to be a non-negotiable requirement. According to a Mid-Day report, “Allu Arjun wanted a beach-facing property for his wife Sneha and two children, Allu Ayaan and Allu Arha. The children will live with him during school holidays. Spread over 6,000 square feet, the high-end apartment has a swimming pool and four parking spaces.“The property is estimated to be worth around 25 million.

The actor and his wife Sneha reportedly visited the property several times over the past year, personally overseeing the interior design. The report added, “She wants her home to be a haven of calm; think lots of greenery and the soothing sound of the sea. It should help her preparations as she will be shooting major portions of her upcoming films, including ‘Raaka’ and a project with Lokesh Kanagaraj, in Mumbai.”

Despite the move to Mumbai, Allu Arjun is not leaving Hyderabad behind. The actor owns an 8,000-square-foot mansion called Blessing in Jubilee Hills, designed by architect Aamir Sharma. The property has a minimalist, modern aesthetic with a neutral color palette, a stark contrast yet complementary to her new Mumbai waterfront retreat.
