gave Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghathan (KVS) has released the third provisional admission list for 2026 for Balvatika and Class 1 admissions. Parents and guardians who had applied for admission can now check the third merit list through the official websites, which are kvsangathan.nic.in, admission.kvs.gov.in, and education.gov.in/kvs.Earlier, KVS released the first admission list on April 9 and 10, followed by the second provisional list on April 16, 2026. Balvatika lottery results were announced on April 8, while Class 1 lottery results were announced on April 9, 2026.Children of parents who have been selected in the third provisional list must complete the admission formalities within the stipulated time. If the admission formalities and document verification are not completed within the stipulated date, the allotted seat will automatically be cancelled.
KVS Admission 2026: Important Dates
Balvatika registration process was conducted from 20th March to 2nd April 2026. In case of seats remaining vacant, offline registration will be done from 22nd April to 26th April 2026.Balwatika and subsequent admissions for Class 2 were scheduled from 15 April to 20 April 2026. Meanwhile, the last date for completing admissions for all classes except Class 11 is June 30, 2026. Class 11 admissions will begin after the declaration of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 results.

- Select the relevant state and

- Select “Balwatika Provisional Selection List 2026” or “Lottery Results 2026”.
- Select the KV area and school from the drop down menu.
- The third provisional list will open in PDF format.

KVS Balwatika Entrance 2026: Documents required.
Parents should keep the following documents ready for admission:

Admissions to Bulatica and Class 1 are done through a computerized lottery system. After the registration process, the applications are sorted into various categories such as Right to Education (RTE), Priority of Service, and Reserved Categories.A random digital draw is then conducted in each category.
