Candidates must fulfill the following conditions:
- Age between 18 to 25 years
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Must not be a full-time employee.
- Should not be pursuing full-time studies (except for final year students)
Educational qualifications include:
- Class 10 pass
- Class 12 pass
- ITI certificate holders
- Diploma holders
- Graduates (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BTech etc.)
- Post Graduate (MA, MSc, MCom, MCA etc.)
However, candidates from certain institutes like Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other higher institutes are not eligible. Candidates already enrolled in other government apprenticeship or internship schemes are also not eligible.

Selected candidates will receive:
- A monthly financial assistance of ₹9,000
- A one-time grant of ₹6,000
- Life and accident insurance coverage
- Work experience in top companies
- Certificate of Completion of Internship
Monthly assistance will be provided through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the bank accounts of the candidates.
