The transaction, involving a unit of Godrej Skyshore, was done with Godrej Properties, according to documents obtained by Liases Foras.The apartment is 2,153 square meters and comes with a balcony of approximately 127 square meters. The registration was completed on March 26, 2026, with a stamp duty of Rs 5.24 lakh and Rs 30,000 paid as part of the deal.
Part of a premium twin tower development
According to the documents, the purchase also includes two parking spaces. The Godrej Skyshore project is spread over 27,000 square meters and will have two towers — Tower A and Tower B — rising to 24 floors, along with five basements and a ground floor.The development will include 126 residential units, making it a fairly exclusive project in the Versova neighborhood.
