City Slip of UP Home Guard Exam 2026: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board has released advance notification regarding Exam City Allotment for UP Home Guard Recruitment. The city intimation slip of the exam was made available on 18 April 2026, allowing registered candidates to check their allotted district before the written exam.The recruitment drive covers 41,424 Home Guard posts, with the written test scheduled at various centers across 74 districts of Uttar Pradesh. There will be two shifts per day, first from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and second from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM. The exam will be conducted in offline mode using OMR sheets.The Board has clarified that the city intimation slip provides the details of the allotted examination district only. It does not grant admission to the examination hall and should not be treated as an admit card.Admit Card Release Timeline ConfirmedAdmit cards for the exam will be issued three days before each scheduled exam date. Candidates appearing on April 25 will be able to download their admit cards from April 22, while candidates scheduled for April 26 and April 27 can access them on April 23 and 24 respectively.The admit card download link will be activated on the official website. Candidates must carry the admit card with valid identification to gain admission to the examination centre.Instructions and certification requirementsCandidates are advised to read carefully all the instructions mentioned in the city slip and the recruitment notification issued earlier.
