Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the 2026 Bergman Street in the Indian market. The model gets two new variants and includes a mix of cosmetic updates, new features and a redesigned platform. The scooter is priced from Rs 1.02 lakh and goes up to Rs 1.13 lakh, ex-showroom, while the Bergman Street X trim continues to sell unchanged at Rs 1.08 lakh.
2026 Suzuki Bergman: What’s New
Visually, the updated model retains its familiar maxi-scooter stance but gets significant changes. The front now features a revised split-LED headlamp setup with integrated DRLs. The apron looks a bit sharper and smoother than before. There is also a newly designed LED tail lamp.Suzuki has also introduced new color options including Pearl Grace White, Matte Stellar Blue, Royal Bronze, Matte Black and Pearl Matte Shadow Green, with the top variant offering dual-tone finishes with Matte Luxe Copper.
One of the main highlights of the update is the addition of new features. The top-spec variant is now equipped with a 4.2-inch TFT instrument cluster with navigation, along with a keyless ignition system operated via a multi-function key fob. Lower variants, however, continue with an LCD display and a traditional key setup. The fuel filler has also been replaced under the tail lamp.The scooter now offers improved practicality with increased underbody storage, which has increased from 21.5 liters to 24.6 litres. It also has USB charging and twin front storage compartments.
2026 Suzuki Bergman: Engine
The Bergman Street is now based on a new platform derived from the Suzuki Access. The updated frame is claimed to be 500 grams lighter while offering 25 percent more torsional rigidity. Powering the scooter is the same 124cc, air-cooled engine. It now produces 8.4 hp and 10.2 Nm of torque and is mated to a CVT gearbox.
