Both Royal Enfield and Triumph Motorcycles have brought upgrades in the 350cc segment. While Royal Enfield has refreshed the Hunter 350 lineup for 2026 with a new variant and additional features, Triumph has introduced a downsized 350cc version of its Speed T4, bringing the two bikes closer than ever in terms of positioning. Here’s how these models stack up against each other.
Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Vs Victory Speed 400
Starting with the Hunter 350, the biggest update for 2026 is the introduction of a new base premium variant, priced at Rs 1,49,900, ex-showroom. This version sits on top of the Retro trim and gets upgrades such as alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, a revised halogen headlamp, a stitched seat and a slip and assist clutch as standard. Despite these changes, the motorcycle continues with the same 349cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.2 bhp and 27 Nm, mated to a five-speed gearbox.

On the other hand, the Triumph Speed T4 350 brings a more performance oriented approach. It is powered by a 349cc single-cylinder engine that delivers 29 hp and 31 Nm, mated to a 6-speed gearbox with torque assist clutch. This new engine is slightly less powerful than the previous 398cc version: less than 2 hp and 5 Nm, but it has a significant advantage over the Hunter 350.The Speed T4’s suspension duties are handled by 43 mm telescopic front forks and a preload adjustable rear monoshock. Brake hardware includes a 300 mm front disc and a 230 mm rear disc, supported by dual-channel ABS. On the other hand, the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 gets a 41mm telescopic front fork and rear shocks with 6-step preload adjustability. Braking duties are handled by a 300mm front disc and a 270mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS.In terms of pricing, the Hunter 350 is a more accessible option, starting at Rs 1.37 lakh, ex-showroom. The Speed T4 350, priced at Rs 1.95 lakh, ex-showroom, positions itself as a more premium alternative.
