Taylor Swift attended the ceremony with fiancé Travis Kelce, making their first joint appearance at the awards show. The bride and groom stayed close to each other throughout the night. While accepting Pop Album of the Year, she gave a shout-out to her fiancé from the crowd: “Thanks for the vibe.”
Miley Cyrus accepts the Innovator Award
